As part of "Diets that Work", I recommend Dr. T. Colin Campbell's "Whole Food, Plant Based" diet.
The Diet has the following four principles:
1. EAT whole plants such as grains, nuts, and fruit
2. AVOID animal products such as meat, fish, and dairy
3. AVOID processed, artificial foods
4. AVOID added fats and sugars
Feedback indicates that this diet is safe and results in huge amounts of weight loss in a short amount of time.
I would recommend that if you are currently suffering from a Chronic Disease, you shift to a Whole Food, Plant Based diet.
